I`m participating in Californails nail art photo challenge on Instagram, The Totally Doable I Have A Life! Challenge :)
April 4th was Swatch, I recently bought my first Sonia Kashuk nail polish, it was on clearance at Target for about $3. This is Starry Night, a rich black base with micro silver glitters scattered throughout. I think this is an old shade, I can`t find it online anymore or in the store. Let`s just say it`s vintage ;)
The formula is really lovely, one coat would be sufficient if I were in a rush to get ready, the second coat just perfects it. My only complaint, and what will most likely keep me from buying more of her polishes (unless I find them on clearance of course) is the brush. It is super thin, just as wide as the plastic wand it is attached to, and it doesn`t really fray out when applying polish to the nail. Personally, I had to dip in the bottle three times per nail, and that`s just for the first coat.
