Soft Boiled Egg and Rice

One of my fast easy meals! I like soft boiled eggs since there isn`t any extra fat, no frying required. Just boil an egg on medium heat for 6 minutes. Then drop it into ice water for 5 minutes. Crack the egg on all sides and peel the shell away. I ate this on a bed of white rice with siracha and furikake. Runny yolks are the best.
