When it comes to midnight snacks and munching in bed, I am guilty. I love having something on hand to snack on, as I watch TV in my bed. I might not even be hungry but I still need something to eat, I guess I find it comforting or I do it out of habit?
Yesterday`s munchies in bed included Doritos, dip and a fizzy can. I know that these are full of sugars and unhealthy ingredients but they tasted pretty good. However sometimes, I do opt for a healthier choice such as cheese and biscuits or fruits such as strawberries and grapes.
