I`ve been ill for the last couple of weeks, which really sucks considering it`s Holiday season. Anyway, I`ve been trying to incorporate more vitamins in my diet and drinking a freshly made orange juice is a way to do it.

I used two oranges and I added a little bit of sugar in it; in addition to that, as I needed something more substantial to snack on, I had these <em>Chocl Krave Sticks</em> from Kellogg`s. Maybe they have a different name elsewhere.
It`s somthing yummy and sweet but not too fatty.
