Instead of chips and cookies, my doctor recommended me to snack on assorted nuts however in moderation. Nuts are actually good for your heart/health - like: omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, vitamin e, plant sterols, etc.
One of my favorite nuts are peanuts, so I bought this 12oz bag from Whole Foods for like $3-4, extremely affordable and organic! Though these peanuts are roasted and salted, it isn`t overly salty. I would recommend this kind if you`re looking to buy some roasted/salted peanuts.
