This was my late afternoon snack today. I had eaten lunch earlier in the day and around 3:30 I was looking for something to munch on, so I went into my lunch bag and pulled out my handy dandy greek black cherry yogurt and my banana. Quite a filling combination if you ask me. I ate these together, but separately. If I had a strawberry or strawberry banana yogurt, I`d have added it in, but I wasn`t so sure of mixing black cherry and banana. Separately they taste fine, but sometimes mixing flavors can just be yuck on the palette. I know I`ve posted on these yogurts a few times, but this particular flavor is hands down my favorite.
Do you reach for fruit when you`re looking for a snack or junkie type food?
