For our trip to California, thank Heavens my sister packed a snack!! She brought like 6 little boxes of seaweed. Even though I wished she brought something else, like chips, seaweed is better than nothing knowing me being hungry 24/7!
I ate 2 boxes of seaweed that contains about like 10-15 squares of seaweed when waiting for family to be ready for lunch. Snacks save my life!
The seaweed is actually very tasty and filling, even though it is paper thin. The seaweed was lightly dusted with salt, which I am glad of because I would hate bland seaweed.
Seaweed is healthy and a great alternative for other junk food you might want to indulge in.
