<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0"><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><p>Earlier after getting my ass kicked from a work out, I got hungry after. I was very tempted to make some instant noodles but figured, I`d be undoing all of that work out. So, I made a salad since it seemed like a healthier option.</p>
<p>The salad consisted of organic mixed greens, onions and cucumbers. Then I made a dressing with some spicy brown mustard, honey, garlic salt, pepper and chili flakes. I didn`t put enough salt however so it was on the sweeter side. I usually make a honey mustard dressing when I don`t have any salad dressing at home. Its actually a lot better and easy too. You can control what goes in it, and you can substitute those unhealthy sugars for more healthy stuff like honey. </p>
