This was the snack I had tonight. I had actually picked these up at H-Mart (a local Asian grocery store for those who don`t know what that is) when I was there last and have had them on top of the fridge waiting to be opened. Tonight, since I have a fit of the "hungry horrors" I decided to open the bag. I weighed out my 1 ounce serving which surprisingly was a heaping bowl. There seems like there`s SO many onion rings in the bag but there are really only 3 servings. Not bad at all. They`re actually very light, not greasy and have a faint onion taste to them. There is no flavored coating on them as you typically get with bagged onion rings. They`re smooth round circles that are crispy when you eat them. Crispy, yet slightly airy. I enjoyed them and liked that they didn`t make my fingers all icky as regular brand onion rings tend to. I actually spotted these at the grocery store the other day and was surprised they sold them there -- so now I know where to get them and for slightly less than I paid at H-Mart.
What do you like for a snack?
Have you ever eaten bagged onion rings before?
