I had some broccoli, carrots, and plain Greek yogurt that I needed to use up, so I figured I`d make some dip out of the Greek yogurt and have it with the veggies! =)
Here`s what I added to the yogurt to make my dip:
<li><strong>dried dill weed</strong></li>
I added all of the ingredients to taste, so I`m not sure exactly how much of each I added to the yogurt. In any case, I think I really only needed to add the dill weed, salt, garlic and onion powders, and maybe the coriander. The parsley and basil didn`t really do much, possible because they were dried. I can see this dip tasting a lot better with fresh parsley in it, for example. In any case, it was a great, healthy dip, and I`ll be sure to make it again! =)
