For a snack today, I was inspired by the new Chrysanthemum Gojiberry tea I was gifted for christmas. The rest of the snack just sort of fell together based off of what I thought would go well with the tea and also based off of what I had around the house. Here I have almond milk, a delicious crunchy Fuji apple, a bunch of grapes, clementine. It`s such a healthy snack and was satisfying enough. The almond milk was crucial for that little extra bit of healthy fat, protein and richness to balance the light flavour and citrus of the tea and fruit
