I`ve been trying to eat healthier lately, although I do fall of the wagon when I`m stressed out. :P This snack, however, was one of my healthier choices!
I basically just steamed some cauliflower and brussels sprouts, and tossed them in some balsamic vinegar. Balsamic vinegar goes really well with brussels sprouts, but the cauliflower totally soaked it up! It wasn`t bad, it just wasn`t what I was expecting, lol.
I know some people hate brussels sprouts with a passion, but I love them for some reason. They taste good steamed, but I`ve also roasted them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and they taste delicious that way, too. :)
