I was feeling hungry this afternoon, but not so much so as to have a whole meal. So I baked some frozen chicken nuggets to tide me over until dinner. :) I served them up with some mustard, because I just *love* mustard!
These chicken nuggets are great because they`re made of solid chunks of all-white chicken breast meat (that`s why they`re not all the same size). There`s no filler in the chicken whatsoever. The breading is pretty good, too - it`s well-seasoned, a little spicy, and not too thick. I know most people prefer a honey mustard sauce to staright up mustard when they`re eating chicken nuggets, but I`m an odd duck who will eat mustard with almost anything. ^^
This was a great little snack that was filling for a couple of hours. Now that it`s dinnertime, I`m hungry again, so I guess it was the perfect size! :)
