Today for my snack I took a whole banana, slathered it with 1 tablespoon of Jiff peanut butter, and added a few Emerald cocoa powdered almonds on top! Peanut butter and banana is an awesome combination, but I think the Emerald cocoa almonds made it even better! Even better, it had some protein to keep me filled, and the snack only added up to about 210 calories!
