For my midday snack, I had some fruit. Boy do I like to eat fruit. I had blueberries, white peach, and some banana. It was very refreshing and naturally sweet. No need to add extra sugar. There are some many great vitamins and mineral in fruits. Out of the three fruits I had today, I really like the blueberries.
