A great snack to have are almonds. I had some honey roasted almonds. These were really good because they`re sweet and a little salty. The only bad thing is that these almonds are coated with lots of sugar. Now lets have a little lesson on almonds. Almonds are a rich source of vitamin E. They are also rich in dietary fiber, B vitamins, essential minerals and monounsaturated fat.
