<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0"><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><p>I made this delicious sandwich the other day for a post workout snack. Super simple yet very good if you like avocados. </p>
<p>What I did was take a small avocado and cut it open, then I scored it and put some garlic salt and pepper in the half and mixed/mushed it with a fork. Then I put it on the bread, sliced up some grape tomatoes and added a slice of cheese. A healthy snack minus the cheese part. </p>
<p>Do you guys like avocados?</p>
