Today at work, I brought a snack since lunch was a little early. I had a Perrier sparkling water, Justine`s Almond Butter, and a Nature Valley Honey and Oats bar. The water makes me feel a little pretentious (i mean, really, it`s so freaking expensive what the hell), but it`s tastey and prevents me from drinking soda.
Now, by all means I know that despite the appearance this snack isn`t the greatest and is pretty calorie heavy. I was craving a crunch, and I`ve had those Almond Butter packs FOREVER, so I wanted to eat them together. it was yummy and decently filling. I was still hungry after my two egg breakfast this morning that I posted about that I`ve kind of been snacking on fruits and nuts all day. I tried fighting the sugar craving earlier but caved in and ate a few chocolate chip cookies (this is an everyday twice a day battle since i have such a strong sweet tooth :/ )
