As some of you guys may know.. i am a new owner of a juicer! My goal is to make juice daily. It`s a little tricky to figure out what to combine for a yummy drink.. just a tip.. an apple will always help =)
So my snack today was yogurt and my drink!.. I use to love yoplait yogurt.. but then moved on to Chobani greek yogurt!. and i love it!.. i have been buying chobani for a couple of months now.. i love how creamy their yogurt is.. and how natural it taste. If you havent tried it.. i suggest you do!.. so far i love all their flavors.. except the pomegranate and passion fruit.. only because they have the seeds in the yogurt and i dont like the crunchy feeling. The one i ate today was the rasberry one.. mMmm good!
The first juice i made... was in the morning and it consists of:
1 celery (the big ones)
1 green apple
a hand full of spinach and/or kale
1/4 of a lemon (peeled)
It is delicious.. I hate celery.. so this is a good way for me to get the nutrients from it. I thought i would hate the drink but i actually really like it.. i drank 3 cups of it yesterday =)
The 2nd juice i made was when i went downstairs to get my yogurt and it consists of:
1 celery stalk
1/4 lemon (peeled)
handful of spinach
1/2 or 1 red apple (optional)
I originally wanted just half of an apple.. because when i drank it.. it was really bitter.. the apple made it taste better.. but i could still taste the bitterness.. so i added the other half of the apple.. and voila! perfect =)
And of course i had ice to my juice =).. i like them cold!
