Lately, because work has been so busy and stressful, I have been neglecting my body a bit. So I decided to get back to eating more healthy so my body can take the next coming weeks.
My snack today was a very refreshing and healthy fruit and yogurt. I took a small orange and chopped it into small pieces. I then took a container of Okios Greek Yogurt 0% Fat Peach/Mango with fruit at the bottom. I find this yogurt to be too sweet to eat by itself, so I always add some citrus fruit to it. The mango syrup was very good at combining the orange and the yogurt together.
It tasted like a thick mousse cake actually! Perfect for dieting too at only 150 calories!
