Here in San Francisco, we have no shortage of speciality ice cream shops you can say. This one in particular is the most intriguing ones I`ve been to. What makes them so intriguing is the way they make their ice cream. They have a mixture which is the ice cream before it`s frozen into ice cream, and then they have this churning machine that has nitrogen freezing the mixture quickly as it churns.
I was able to try the salted caramel and the earl grey. The ice cream itself, I was not impressed. The salted caramel was wayyyy too salty. And the earl grey left a weird feeling in my mouth. Its that feeling of a layer of grease or cream coating the roof of your mouth. I did not enjoy that feeling. For the smallest one, its about $4~5. Average pricing. But unfortunately I didn`t like it, neither did my friend whom I was sharing with.
But, don`t take my word for it, try it out yourself. Maybe its just those specific flavors that were off.
