As I was about to head over to Target to see if they had any of their colored skinny jeans in stock, I remembered that Ross was in the same shopping center. So I decided to check out Ross out first. To my surprise they had many jeans in a bunch of different colors. I guess it was my lucky day.
I remember seeing a post by fashion blogger Maytedoll where she paired up a pair of red jeans she picked up from target with black and leopard. I really loved her outfit and already knew I needed to get a pair of red pants. Red pants as well as all other colored pants are really popular right now and are being sold just about everywhere. But due to the fact trends come and go at the blink of an eye, it`s quite ridiculous to spend $100 on a pair you will probably only wear for 2 seasons top.
Target sells colored jeans for around $25 so I was willing to pay that price for a pair, but I am so happy I checked Ross first because their prices where even better. They had a lot of colored jeans for around $12.99-$14.99 but the ones that caught my attention due to the fact they wear made out of a thick legging type material (you all know how much I love my leggings) where on their sale rack for only.....$4.49 !! What a steal!
Since I was already there I decided to check out what else they had and I found a really cute jumper (my hubby picked it out) with the number 83 on the front (not sure what it stands for) and a super cute faux leather vest with a faux fur trim.
Omg I fell in love with the vest. I don`t own anything like it and I had been on the hunt for a fur vest for quite some time but all the ones I had tried on at other stores where either too bulky or too expensive. This vest is more of an edgier version of the all fur vest and is more my style anyways. It`s casual enough to wear with a pair of jeans and boots but can also be dressed up with a pair of black jeggings and pumps. they also had this vest in camel which I kind of want to go back and get as well. These are too cute.
I cannot say enough good things about Ross. It has been one of my favorite stores ever since I was a little kid. I remember getting money from my parents for my birthdays and having them take me to Ross so I can get new clothes. I loved the fact that $100 could get you tons of new outfits. Of course, as with everything else, the prices of items are slightly higher now than they used to be but they are still very inexpensive.
What I picked up:
Red jeggings $4.49
Gray off the shoulder jumper $7.99
Faux leather vest with faux fur trim $16.99
I am very happy with my new purchases. Have you been to a Ross store lately?
