I was super hungry and didn`t know what to eat. I had lots of potatoes so I roasted them. These were sliced up like scalloped potatoes. Then I lightly tossed them in olive oil. To season I used salt, pepper and steak dust. I liked how the edges were crisped and the insides were soft. Next time I think these would taste great with some cheese in between the slices. Maybe goat cheese, feta or bleu cheese with hot sauce would be delicious. I also ate these on a bed of asparagus.
