Almonds are a good source of protein, fiber and contains essential vitamins - you could add almonds in your oatmeal, cereal, on top of toast, or even your salad! For breakfast - I have almonds on top of my peanut butter toast! I bought this huge bag of all natural sliced premium almonds from the brand Mariani at Costco! Since this is a bulk size, I like to take out a portion and store in a container that way I am not opening/closing the resealable bag so air doesn`t get into the bag.
