Since it`s the summer, I feel like I can never sleep before 4 or 3am anymore. This causes me to wake up in the afternoon! I`m rarely up in the mornings. Does anyone know how can I get my sleeping pattern back on schedule? I`ve tried just laying in bed early, but I find myself on my phone, which distracts me, so I`ll fall asleep later.
