Sleek makeup - yay !!!

I hate the fact that you can not purchase Sleek Makeup in the US. they have the most amazing looking palettes and blushes but they`re only available in the UK. I have only had one thing shipped from the UK, an Illamasqua eyebrow cake in a shade that wasn`t sold in the US - it is now though. anyways, after lemming over Sleek stuff for months it seems, I decided to just place an order with the clear understanding it would take a while to get here. btw I`m separating the haul in two posts, you`ll see why later.

first off - I placed my order June 1st but since the Queen`s Diamond Jubilee, my order was not going to be processed until after the 6th. I received it on the 19th so really not that bad. one of the things I ordered was the Storm I-Divine eyeshadow palette.

call me crazy but I really like the waffle imprint on the eyeshadows that you see online and that I`ve seen on other people`s pictures, I was a bit disappointed when I opened mine and saw that the shadows were just flatly pressed. it doesn`t affect the quality or pigmentation of the product at all, but it just looks prettier LOL the shadows are so freaking buttery, omg they swatched like a dream, incredibly pigmented. I already know which palette I`ll be ordering next too (the Oh So Special). I also ordered one of the Pout Polishes which look soooo stinking cute, I got the shade Peach Perfection

now here`s the thing, I thought the eyeshadow palette would be bigger but it`s really not. I thought the pout polish would be smaller but it`s actually a very generous size, here it is next to an Essie nail polish just to give you an idea of the size. I think the new Mac pots are probably about the same size.

I would have swatched it but it`s incredibly sheer and does not show up on my skin, can`t wait to see what it looks like on my lips though. there is one more part to my haul, stay tuned !
