so I am now 13 days into my diet and everything is going to great, I am slowly loosing weight and becoming healthy. I decided to allow myself 2 cheat days a month until I can completely ween myself off of the fattening foods. So for my cheat dinner I made Skyline!
1 box whole wheat pasta noodles
1 can Skyline Chili
1 can dark red kidney beans
dice onion and put as much of this as you want
hot sauce to taste!
This meal is best served with a glass of 1 percent milk, yummy :D
