Skip the fries and go for this Side

When I lived at Disney I discovered a new favorite food, roasted Cauliflower. Now this side dish is nothing difficult or spectacular but it will lighten up any meal and it`ll leave you coming back for seconds.
This dish is super easy to make an fit only takes a couple of ingredients:
- Pepper
- Seasoning salt
- Olive Oil

Now the best part about this dish is you can add what ever seasonings you like, I recommend adding some fresh garlic and roasting them together. I didn`t use any garlic for this because my mom doesn`t like it. The prep for this dish is also really simple just make sure you rinse your cauliflower off and pat it dry, then cut it into whichever size pieces you prefer. I like to keep them close to bite size, but still in mini heads.
Step 2 is just put everything together in a roasting pan. I put the seasonings on first then the olive oil so the cauliflower has the spice right on it, but the order doesn`t really matter.
Then you just put these babies in a 375^ oven. Let your flowers roast for 25-45 minutes. I like my veggies a little on the crunchy side so i tend to cook them a little less, but you can jab them with a fork to check their doneness.
It takes no time to prep and serve this dish! Plus it`s guilt free! You could even add in a few other veggies and make an assortment!
