Skinny pancakes

These pancakes are extremely simple and clever! Also they are healthier than regular pancakes. They are no flour so all you need is : 2 egg whites 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal 1/2 banana 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional) Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 15-20 seconds. Spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray. I have to try this!
