Episode one of my Skincare Wardrobe series, talking about some of my favourite scrubs.
#1 is St Ives Apricot Scrub (£4,29), which I love because it`s cheap and super effective on combination skin. You can easily find it in Boots for example, if you`re UK based. If you`re interested, I have been thinking to open an online shop to sell brands not so easily sold outside the UK - let me know if it`s a cray-cray project or it would work!
That said, this scrub is amazing and I couldn`t recommend it more. I use it daily, as it`s not very abrasive on my skin.
Another scrub I really like, but I use more sparingly, is Clarins Double Peeling (28). It belongs to another price range too, so it might not be your first choice, but it surely really good. I tend to use it twice or three times a week, as part of a pampering relaxing session. Being clay-based, it`s thicker than the St Ives one, but it also leaves your skin feeling nices and smoother.
My third and final recommandation would be Soap&Glory Scrub Your Nose In It scrub (£9). Wow, it`s so nice and effective I could`t believe I hadn`t purchased it sooner. I decided to buy it after I tried and loved the mask from the same brand I talked about in my previous post, and I wasn`t disappointed!
Let me know in the comments which are your favourite scrubs and which ones you would never recommend!
ps.stay tuned for ep.2: MASKS!
