While its currently fall, i was lucky enough to enjoy beautiful weather yesterday so my boyfriend and i decided to have a small BBQ. He cooked the chicken while i made some skewers. Heres how you can make your own.

What you need:
- Skewer sticks
- Zucchini
- Sausage
- Onion
- Red bell pepper
- Mushroom
- Salt & Pepper
- Oil

- All you need to do is cut the veggies and sausage into chucks that will be easily able to go on the skewer. Drizzle oil, salt, and pepper on the cut up veggies. Begin to put the ingredients on the stick in any order. Place them on the grill for a couple minutes or until you see the grill marks. Enjoy!
