I`ve been trying to commit to a diet and workout plan for a while now. I recently came across this challenge/plan on the internet.
All you do is follow the schedule. The great this about this is you are allowed a day of rest for your tired limbs lol.
I am slim..but my stomach is a little pudgy and I am working on getting that down ASAP!!
