Who says you can`t whip up yummy dishes with just vegetables?:) I grew up eating lots of vegetables when I was younger because my mom was a health freak, I was fed with lots of whole grains, brown rice, fresh vegetables and fruits ever since I remember eating. It`s only natural that I grow up loving everything healthy, and I still have my oatmeal fix with fresh or dried fruits every morning, something which my best friend thinks is absolutely horrifying and she gives me the stink eye every time when I have my breakfast in front of her, LOL!
Here`s a collection of my favorite vegetarian dishes: Stir Fry Sweet Leaf with eggs, Vegetable Soup with carrots, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, black fungus; Spicy Yu Siang Eggplant, and Bak Choy stir-fry with shiitake (YUMMIEST MUSHROOM IN THE WORLD!) and carrots.
Do you love eating vegetables too?=) It is always nice to incorporate vegetables in your daily meals; not only are they healthy and nutritious, vegetables make food looks great and appetizing with the burst of different colors!
