This is my go-to breakfast whenever I am not going for the healthy type of breakfast, which of course you can definitely make this a lot healthier by omitting the salt, choosing wheat bread whether than white, and only eat the egg whites!
I actually saw a picture like this on tumblr one day and I saw that I had all the ingredients and decided to make it. It only requires 3 ingredients, bread, avocado, and eggs! This is so yummy, and of course you can add some seasoning or some salt!
This picture is my own, and I typically make this breakfast sandwich type thing at least twice a week! And it`s pretty simple and quick and pretty darn easy! Try it out!
Oh also, what is your favorite breakfast go-to, `on the go` item? I also really like frosted flakes, but shhh :D
