Today`s lunch was really healthy compared to what I normally would eat. I`m trying to eat more healthy and incorporate brown rice to my meals since it`s more healthier than white rice. This was a really effortless lunch yet it was tasty!
What does my simple lunch consist of?
Left over pan seared pork chops from last night
Sauteed mushrooms cut in half
Brown rice with drizzle of organic soy sauce for flavors
