Simple and Healthy Egg Breakfast

Love eggs? Incorporate some organic sunflower greens to make it a little more healthier!

What I used:
- 5 organic eggs
- Organic sunflower greens (pea sprouts)
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper

How to make this egg omelette?
1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl
2. Chop the organic sunflower greens into small pieces (size depending on your preference)
3. Dash of salt/pepper
4. Cook on high heat on the stove until ready

Very simple, healthy, fast and inexpensive yet a delicious breakfast. Serve with rice, bread or even eat the eggs by themselves.
