I get sucked into trying new foods whenever someone tells me they are good for my health and skin :) Tofu happened to be one of the foods I never really like as a child but grew fond of over time after my mom told me that I`ll have skin as soft as the tofu that I am eating....:p I am not sure how true it is but I am thankful to have decent skin, it could have been the tofu :) Here`s an easy way to prepare steamed silky tofu, all you have to do is chopped up some shiitake mushrooms and ginger and then steam them with the tofu before drizzling some soy sauce and sesame oil on it. It is really easy and delicious!
