I`m allergic to nuts and soy, but I`m always looking for a better alternative to regular milk. Today I picked up silk vanilla coconut milk. I just tried it and I love it. It has the subtle taste of coconut and it`s creamy and sweet. The vanilla is just a hint but it`s very good. I would definatly recommend this. It has only 90 calories in a cup and would be good for drinking plain or in cereal or something. I`d like to try the regular kind because it has less calories and less sugar, so if anyone`s tried it, do you like it?
