So, the last few days I`ve been really sick. I had painful sinus pressure and nasal congestion. With the medicine I was taking, tea I was drinking, and being so tired I had no appetite. When I finally felt a little hungry I decided to make some egg fried rice and ginger tea since I was sick of soup. It was the PERFECT meal-energizing and a goo texture for when you`re sick and sore. It didn`t take long, I just friend some leftover rice in a pan with soy sauce and cracked 3 eggs into the rice and stirred until the eggs were all cooked in.
The best part was the pure ginger tea. I made it strong-two tea bags but it was soooo soothing.
Anyways, I just thought I would share a meal idea (it doesn`t look as good as it tastes!) for those of you who may be getting sick.
what`s your favorite soup when you`re sick? Any other suggestions for someone when they`re sick?
