Shumai/siumai is my favorite thing to get from dim sum, it`s a little dumpling filled with pork and shrimp. Since I moved from CA there is no dim sum anywhere near me anymore, not even asian markets to get frozen ones! I was looking around when I came across this recipe, it looks delicious and pretty true to what dim sum serves. I have never tried to make dim sum at home but I`m definitely going to give this a try :)
