Every saturday when I do a full day shift, I always make sure to go and get sushi for lunch! Not only is it healthy but it`s ridiculously delicious!
I always go for the seaweed wrap with rice, prawn/shrimp, lettuce and mayo! I also go for a small diet coke to go with it. This meal is always filling and get`s me through the day! I don`t know why but I feel like I could live off sushi easily!!
If they don`t have any shrimp/prawn I usually go for a chicken one, either schnitzel or teriyaki! And if none of that is available I go for a classic avocado!
