Shrimp and Wild Rice Casserole Recipe

1 (8-ounce) package wild rice
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4-ounce can) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar
Salt and pepper

I made this casserole last night and it tasted so good. So creamy and delicious. I was curious if it would turn out good, its fast and simple. Also you can add different vegetables if you like. For example I added some mushroom and red bell peppers, sauteed them. Easy weeknight dinner.
