Shrimp and Steak

Protein, protein, and more protein. Tonight`s dinner is just packed with flavor and all sorts of goodness! As you may be able to see, I was a little hungry after a long day. So I decided to really amp it up for dinner.

Again, a simple steak tossed on the griddle seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic. As for the shrimp? I decided to leave them whole (just de-veining them) because I love the texture the shell gives and pan fried them until they turned a golden pink. Again seasoning with a bit of salt and pepper. And it just continues, I had to add some eggs over easy as one of my sides along with some sauteed vegetables. Then dressed everything up with some fresh avocados for some added good fats.

Cannot wait to dive in!
