Since me and the man have cut out a lot of red meat from our diet, shrimp seem to be quite a staple meal protein. One night I was feeling lazy so I sauteed some red peppers, onions, mushrooms, and sliced zucchini in some sesame oil. When the vegetables were tender crisp I added the shrimp and cracked pepper. Then I mixed a bit of black bean sauce, hoisin sauce, cracked black pepper and two gloves of grated garlic and put it into the pan and mixed everything. I forgot how good black bean sauce was since we don`t use it very often.
