Here are some food that will help you get a bikini body ready for summer. These were found off of the zest website (http://www.zest.co.uk) so get them on your shopping list!!
-Three small pots of live yogurt
-Dandelion, burdock and green teas
-Almonds, walnuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds,
-Aloe vera juice
-Apples, oranges and a small pack of blueberries
-No-salt vegetable stock
-Carrots, garlic, onion and a leek
-One fillet each of salmon, tuna and chicken
-Tahini (sesame seed paste)
-Rye bread and crackers
-Salad vegetables, tomatoes and fresh herbs,
-Olive oil and balsamic vinegar
