Wasn`t feeling too well yesterday so I decided to make some fries. They had enough oil and fat to help coat my stomach so it wouldn`t feel so bad.
I took some shoestring fries and grilled them without any oil since the fries themselves have oil and in the grilling process, would release them out. I don`t like to bake them because I find that fries don`t really taste that great when you bake them plus grilling is a lot faster and you can season it.
I actually took steakhouse pepper and seasoned it with some sugar and chili pepper flakes and it tasted AMAZING! It was like you`re eating fries at a steakhouse right after you ate your steak. =)
I also made my own spicy ketchup by combining tabasco sauce and ketchup. And after, my stomach did feel a lot better.
