The first time I became attracted to Vince Camuto shoes was at an outlet where they had these tan pumps with different shaped studs on the back of the heel. The Malayas were on sale. I forgot how much, but I kind of wish I had gotten them. At the time, I resisted, thinking I would never get a chance to wear them.
Anyways, http://www.shoptheshoebox.com has a bunch of things on sale, mostly Vince Camuto shoes.
Similar to the Malayas, are the Missie pumps. The same shoe, except with a peep toe instead of a closed toe. I want them...
Here are some of my other top Vince Camuto picks (the ones that are on sale that is...that was the only page of the website that I browsed...and the most common sizes are already sold out...rats...)
Missie: The tan color is Elephant, and the blush color is in Nude.
I prefer the Elephant, but they don`t have my size, so I am contemplating getting the Nude in 5.5.
Jasper: The Mary Jane style pumps are pretty popular nowadays. Not only does the strap give a normal pump a little something extra, but I think it`s also functional. I sometimes have a problem with my foot flying out of my heel, and the strap does a good job of holding my foot inside the shoe.
The Cobalt blue pair are so eye catching, and the two-toned-ness of it just make it more interesting.
If Dorothy from Wizard of Oz were more stylish, and opted for this cherry red color, in Ruby over a bright red, this is what her shoes would look like.
Marken: These Mary Janes are fabulous for the detail at the toe. The lines just keep my eyes focused on the shoes.
Suede Bow Pump: I`m not really a fan of the patent leather toe contrasted against the suede. It`s not my style. I`m not too fond of the bow here either. It`s a little too old lady for me.
However, I love the color and the quilting on the inside is very stylish and looks comfortable to the touch.
Enita: These are a peep-toed slingback. Isn`t that heel amazing? I know heel designs and details are very popular right now, especially the spiky Sam Edelman ones. The geometry of the pyramids protruding from the heel kind of remind me of quartz, or... rock crystal lol. They also look like the Rachel Roy Kimi`s from a couple seasons back.
Jenks: When I saw these tan/nude ankle, military-style boots, they instantly reminded me of the old Guess military-style boots, called Owen. The Guess boots have cooler military buttons, whereas Vince`s Jenks just have plain studs.
They both look really cool though. Even though they are ankle boots, that heel says special occasion to me, and I probably would die if I tried to wear them for a day.
Laird: These boots are so classic. They`re basically what I described in my last post about wanting to find a classic pair of black boots with a sturdy, somewhat chunky, not-too-chunky heel. The top of the shaft has a wavy cut, which is kind of interesting, making them not too boring. For $75, originally $210, this boot is one hot deal. I`m considering the size 6.5, but I don`t want to be stuck with a great pair of boots that are too big for me, then I won`t be inclined to wear them...Also, the heel is kind of high for me, 5 inches, considering I`d want a pair of boots like these for everyday wear
I`ve never heard of http://shoptheshoebox.com before, but they`re featured on http://refinery29.com, so they`re probably legit. This is not good for my shoe obsession.
