I LOVE Shin Ramyun...like unhealthy obsession. Haha. I think almost everyone had some sort of cup-of-noodles/ instant noodles when they were in college. They are just so easy and simple to make. I like to add other ingredient like eggs, mushrooms, spinach etc into my noodles to make it (somewhat) healthier. This is definitely not something anyone should eat on a regular basis because it is EXTREMELY high in sodium, but still super delicious every once in a while.
