Shannons LOTD Fajita Pita Wrap

This was my lunch of the day. Since I had a whole lot of fajita meat leftover from dinner yesterday (/viz/its-fajita-night--shannons-dotn), I decided to make myself a wrap for lunch. If you follow my food posts, youd see a trend I have a
little bit of a pita bread obsession. I eat it almost every single day, at least with one meal. I have a local Lebanese bakery that makes them fresh every morning, so its a nice treat, plus I just love the taste and the natural chewiness of the bread. Pita is just so versatile, you can do anything with it, make sandwiches, eat it with salad, eat it tabbouleh and hummus, make pizza on it, make pita chips in the oven, etc. I took my pita, and since its fresh I tend to not stuff them because the bread is a LOT thinner the pita breads they sell at local grocery stores and will just inevitably fall apart on me. I spread out my fajita mixture with the peppers and onions onto the bread, added my diced tomato, chopped lettuce and a tablespoon of Chi-Chis medium salsa. I then folded in the bottom and folded in the sides and ta-da wrap complete! It was delicious! Better than any Fajita Pita Ive eaten at chains such as Chilis, etc.
