This is my dinner of the day! I cooked some store bought, bourbon marinated steak tips in the oven. When they were done I let them rest on top of the stove. My boyfriend then put together a fresh green garden salad using iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and cucumbers. I placed my salad on the plate, my 4 ounces of steak tips on top of it, and I then put 2 kalamata olives and one teaspoon of crumbled feta cheese over it all. I then drizzled it with some fat free Italian dressing. Overall the meal was very good. Next time I am going to bust out the George Foremann and cook the tips on the grill. That is, as long as we have tips in the winter time.
